Eric Holland founded Holland Insurance Services LLC in 2021 as an independent insurance advisory. He chose to establish his own independent firm after spending 16 years with one insurance company as a captive agent. Eric found this very limiting in terms of how he could actually help people because captive agents can only offer products from their one particular insurance company, while independent agents have access to hundreds of products from dozens of different insurance companies.
